The Position

We are expanding our team with ambitious, driven, creative problem solvers and doers who are excited about tackling a challenge and delivering a new product to market.
We are looking for someone to take ownership of the new Optiperm™ product as it scales to commercial launch. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of ownership, creativity, bias for action, enthusiasm, comfort with ambiguity, quick to learn, technically strong, able to make data-driven decisions quickly, and excels at project management. Not afraid of challenge. Always buttoned up. Manages timeline and budget. PhD in GSD. Able to upward manage, collaborate, and coordinate across a start-up organization as well as with Fortune 500 companies
What you will be doing
- Coordinate and determine product decisions.
- Plan and execute product launch.
- Effectively communicate with customers, technology partners, and suppliers.
- Create go to market strategies.

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (membranes a bonus), Chemistry, Biochemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Previous experience with commercial, business development, product, and/or manufacturing and 8-10 years of practical workplace experience.
- Experience in scale-up and product launch.
- Creative and self-motivated, comfortable with non-routine tasks and engineering changes, and working on multiple projects as a member of several teams
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas to all members of the organization
