We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our Project and Business Development teams in the deployment of pilot, demo and commercial systems of our
Optiperm™ carbon product line. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of ownership and organization, creativity, bias for action, enthusiasm for tech innovations
and saving the planet, technically strong, able to connect with people and establish credibility quickly, and not afraid of a challenge. Always buttoned up. Manages timeline
and deliverables. Able to collaborate and coordinate across a start-up organization as well as with Fortune 500 companies.
What you will be doing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and with customers in North America and Europe to ensure timely delivery of projects related to carbon capture technologies.
- Create and maintain project schedules, including timelines, budgets, and milestones.
- Identify and communicate project risks and issues to key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners as necessary to support project execution.
- Support the Product Management and Business Development teams with market research and analysis.
- Provide administrative support as necessary, including scheduling meetings and managing project documentation.
- Use external insights to help shape the internal support work.
- Upward manage, collaborate, and coordinate across a start-up organization as well as with Fortune 500 companies.
- Set the bar for quality and excellence in the service and professionalism that CMS delivers to customers.
Position Benefits
- Salary will be $60-70k and includes participation in the CMS Stock Option Plan

- Prior experience in project management or coordination is a plus.
